Principal’s Message – Lifelong Learning and Memories at ECLC
Dear parents,
ECLC has nurtured some special young individuals over the last twenty years. Over this period, our school and our community have taken pride in cultivating independent thinking in our children and equipping them with the ability to overcome challenges of any kind.
Of course, ECLC’s successes are not ours alone. It takes a village to raise a child – especially one who is healthy, confident, creative, courageous, and kind. Our school has had the help of so many who give their time, energy, and love to make ECLC what it is today.
Among them is our teaching team, who balance dedication, care, and expertise when they carry out their duties every day.
Among them are the parents who always show their boundless appreciation and passion, who give their utmost to engage with school life and work with us to create magical learning experiences for their children.
Among them are the academic staff and industry experts from The Education University of Hong Kong, who guide our teaching and our curriculum. We would like to express our gratitude for their knowledge, advice, and support. Without them, we would not be able to establish this truly one-of-a-kind kindergarten.
Finally, a word for the beautiful, vibrant natural environment that surrounds our campus. It is a paradise for exploration and discovery. It is one of the greatest teachers available to us.
Although the news of ECLC’s phased closure (over the next two academic years) will bring sadness, it also presents a valuable opportunity. Everyone affiliated with ECLC is determined to cherish the last two years and to give our school the wonderful final chapter it deserves.
With the full power of our motivation and our resources, we want to keep providing our children with the best learning environment for exploration, creativity, and love. Our mission is not only to impart knowledge and prepare our students for the many opportunities that await them, but also to create learning experiences and memories that last a lifetime.
This is our last wish for ECLC and we would like to extend an invitation to anyone who wants to join us on this journey. That applies to existing ECLC students, new students, and those who wish to transfer to our school. Whatever the circumstances, we hope to provide a quality education and unlock the potential of our students.
